Elliot is an assistant quantity surveyor for Loveday Construction Ltd. He is responsible for submitting valuations for Loveday projects, as well as preparing final account documents & variation requests. 

He also invites sub-contractors for tender as well as assisting in submitting prices for potential projects.


He gained his BSc (Hons) in Quantity surveying from Reading university and has worked on furthering the family business since graduation.Elliot Lives in Dunstable, and in his spare time enjoys playing golf,rock climbing & watching a variety of sport.

Glen Pitman is General Manager at Loveday Construction.

Since graduating university, he has been single minded in his passion for high end design and construction. Initially working with Barratts as Finishing Foreman and later Site Manager, then progressing into Project Management within the “high-end” market with Holloway White Allom. Over the last 20+ years Glen has worked with several great companies, on some very exciting and prestigious projects which include The Mandarin Oriental Hotel and £50 million+ residential refurbishment contracts in and around London . 

He lives in West London with his Wife and Son.  He enjoys all sports but especially Football, Mountain Biking and Sailing.

Paul has a wide range of experience with building companies having trained as a quantity surveyor and worked for the prestigious Walter Lilly. He has been involved in property development and project management for multiple-million pound high end developments.


Paul has spent 30 years in Financial Services and ran a successful IFA practice in London advising companies and HNWIs; after selling the business he has advised companies as a Non Executive Director and management consultant. Paul focuses on construction and property


Paul is Group MD for Fairmountain Capital with a current turnover of £50M.


Paul lives in Surrey with his wife and dogs, has 2 children and loves sport, especially, Golf, Rugby & Cycling.


Jon loveday has been working in the high end construction business for 35 years. He started working on large construction projects with Laing’s and Bovis working on prestigious projects such as Chelsea and Westminster hospital and the MI5 building on Vauxhall bridge. Jon established Loveday Construction in December 2011 which has seen exponential growth every year since.

He has seen the company grow into a well established high end construction company. Jon's role going forward will be to continue to oversee all works and ensure the very high standards are maintained and continue to deliver. 

Jon lives with his wife Cindy in Eaton Bray and has 4 children, he enjoys all sports but especially football, golf and fishing.


Richard Brady has a background in financial services and property having worked as an executive director with Zurich, CPP, HSBC and AIG both in the UK and Asia Pacific. He also ran a property and investment company, raising several hundred million pounds for developments across 16 countries.

He has successfully built and sold a number of companies and has held Non-Executive Directorships for companies in the Property, Financial Services, Training, Recruitment and Technology sectors.

Richard speaks Mandarin Chinese and French, supports Nottingham Forest, loves fly fishing, playing the guitar and walking the dogs. He lives in the Cotswolds with his wife and has two grown up children.
